well...i was supposed to be leaving town this morning. my car however, thought differently. a few blocks from home it starts making an awful squawking noise. i pulled over, opened the hood and discovered the noise appears to be emanating from the engine (not something as simple as a bearing which i had hoped.) anyhow i limped home with the car and here i am. i don't want to contemplate how much it will cost to fix. cars are a liability, not an asset.
